Swing + Turkish Get-up (Simple & Sinister style)

A short, practical workshop focused on the two kettlebell skills that deliver the most return: the hardstyle swing and the Turkish get-up — inspired by the Simple & Sinister approach from StrongFirst.

What You'll Learn

  • Swing technique: timing, breathing, and tension (power without fatigue)

  • Grip, shoulder packing, and bracing for safer reps

  • Turkish Get-up positions and transitions (step-by-step)

  • How to choose the right kettlebell and scale to your level

  • A simple practice structure you can repeat at home/gym

Ideal For

  • Beginner–intermediate trainees who want a clear practice plan

  • Anyone looking to refine swing technique and build consistency

  • People who want simple programming + progression (what to do, how much, how to progress)

What To Expect

Hands-on coaching, clear progressions, lots of practice and feedback, and time for questions. This is skill-focused, not a bootcamp.
